Residential project one

   This 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, family room, living room, 2 car garage and a nice kitchen home in Cedar Knolls, Yonkers was a complete gut out. All interior walls and divisions except bearing walls were demo to accomodate a new design; a complete modernization. Every aspect of this project was carefully managed and supervised to achieve the high end craftmanship and successful project we delivered.

Calbenti Residence new kitchen

   We needed to revamp the entire house; with a complete design. We enlarged the kitchen, the living room and family room. We added a half bath between kitchen and living room and accommodated a central air conditioning. This house now has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and a home office, new electrical and plumbing system as well as a semi-automation for all electronics in the house. Beautiful and pleasant finish.  The Calbenti family are extremely happy with this project.
